These terms apply whenever you use websiteprism.com or engage Website Prism Ltd (Company No. 17462217, England & Wales) for web development, app, automation, or related services. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Our Services

We provide web development, e-commerce, mobile app, AI automation, and related digital services as described on our service pages. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for any project are agreed with you directly before work begins — the pricing tiers shown on the site are starting points, not fixed final quotes, unless we've confirmed one in writing.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Package payments, custom quotes, and subscription plans are billed as described at the point of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can request cancellation at any time by contacting us, effective at the end of the current billing period.

Project Work & Cancellations

For custom project work, cancellation and refund terms are agreed with you individually as part of the project scope, since work-in-progress and deliverables already completed are generally non-refundable. If nothing else was agreed in writing, we'll deal with any cancellation request in good faith on a case-by-case basis — contact us and we'll work it out directly rather than defaulting to a rigid rule.

Intellectual Property

Once a project is paid in full, ownership of the custom deliverables we built specifically for you (code, designs) transfers to you, except for any third-party tools, licensed assets, or our own pre-existing frameworks/components used to build it, which remain licensed for your use rather than owned outright. We may reference completed projects in our own portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this site to submit false information, attempt to interfere with its security or operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Liability

We aim to deliver reliable work, but as with any service provider, our liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you actually paid us for that project. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits) arising from use of our services or the website.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the version in effect is the one published on this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the update.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
