This policy explains what personal data we collect through the site, why, and what rights you have over it.

What We Collect

• Contact and project forms — name, email, phone number, website URL, and any project details or files you submit through our contact, project planner, or support ticket forms.
• Payments — when you pay through the site, card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number; we retain only the transaction record (amount, date, status) needed for our own accounting.
• Newsletter — your email address, if you subscribe, stored until you unsubscribe.
• Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) generated automatically by any website for security and troubleshooting purposes.

We do not currently run third-party advertising or analytics tracking (e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel) on this site. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.

How We Use It

• To respond to enquiries, quote projects, and deliver services you've asked for.
• To process payments and maintain the accounting records we're legally required to keep.
• To send newsletter emails, only if you opted in, and only until you unsubscribe.
• To operate and secure the website itself.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

Who We Share It With

Only the service providers necessary to run the site and deliver our services: Stripe (payment processing), our hosting provider, and email delivery infrastructure. Each only receives what it needs to perform its function.

Cookies

We use a session cookie required for the site to function (e.g. keeping a form submission secure) and, if you go through checkout, cookies set directly by Stripe for fraud prevention on its hosted payment page. We don't use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Data Retention

We keep contact form and project submissions for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and maintain a record of the engagement, and financial records for as long as UK law requires. You can ask us to delete data that isn't subject to a legal retention requirement at any time.

Your Rights
