Overview
A skincare and cosmetics storefront moved off Shopify onto a custom PHP platform: Vitamin C and Alpha Arbutin serums, SPF and lip care, with rewards, COD confirmation and guides written for Pakistan.
Our Solution
We rebuilt the store on plain PHP and MySQL so there is no platform fee, then layered on the things that sell beauty: routines, rewards, honest product guides and a friendly admin the team can run from a phone.
Strategy & Implementation
- Rebuilt the store with a feminine, glossy look and big thumb-friendly buttons
- Added routines, bundles and a Beauty Coins rewards loop
- Wrote guides and concern pages (dark spots, dullness, sunscreen) for search
- Added COD confirmation and PostEx courier handling
- Supported Roman Urdu alongside English
